Cool it down with a dollop of yogurt, whizz up some Guacamole, tomato salsa, herby salads, Our favourite Ripped up corn tortillas, drizzled with chilli oil, slathered in the meat feast chilli, add handfulls of Jalapeños peppers and covered in heaps of your favourite cheeses, under the grill served to the table.... OMDays....

Healthy Snickers Bars…. Being A 60’s Child…. Marathon Bars

A simple, healthy and fun blast back to my youth, the Marathon Bar, probably known to you youngsters as Snickers. This version sports no processed sugar and the minimum of cooking. A delicious layer of freshly made nougat using popped quinoa or rice, fresh dates and syrup for the caramel. All slavered in raw cacao. As you'll see from the pic, what fun that part was! Will keep in the fridge for up to 7 days......haha I don't think they'll last that long.........enjoy this epic, healthy and fun recipe!

Dressed with a heap of healthy pea shoots drenched in a fresh kicking mustard mayo.... Boom.........
