For the pastry 1 Egg, 200g Plain Flour, 150g Butter, 100g Caster Sugar, Pinch Salt,
For the Pie filling 50g Currants, 50g Raisins, 5 Rather large Cooking Apples, 4 tbsp Brown Sugar, A few good shakes of, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice and Cloves, 1 tbsp Plain Flour.... and a 22cm Springformed Tin to bake it all in 🙂
