Asian Beef Stir-Fry With Oyster Sauce……

When purchasing your beef, ask the Butcher to thinly slice for you, makes it much easiser for you at home.
Over a high heat into the wok pan use half your Coconut. Add in your steak slices and fry for 1-2 mins until they are golden brown. Set these aside on a plate for now, scattering with sesame seeds.
In the same pan add the rest off the Coconut oil, throw in your Spring Onions, sliced red peppers, crushed garlic & ginger. Cook for about 1-2 mins. Then add in your Mushrooms & Beansprouts and cook for a further 3-4 mins. Layer the pan choi with a lid on to steam fry until wilted and tender about 1 minute.
Add back into the pan your golden sesame seeded steak along with the Oyster sauce & Soy sauce and toss it all together gently. Cook for a further 2 mins. Your done! How simple was that!
Serve straight to the table or pop it into bowls and garnish with toasted cashews and ripped coriander and wedges of lime - Delicious!
