Chickpea Hummus…

800 g Chickpeas, canned, save the left over liquid

4 tsp Tahini

2 Garlic Cloves, smashed

1 tsp Crushed Sea Salt

6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Pinch Paprika

Small handful Corriander


Firstly lets start by rinsing the chickpeas in cold water then bosh them in the food processor. Chuck in the tahini, smashed garlic, salt, lemon juice and some of the leftover liquid from the chickpea cans. Smash it all up then slowly pour in the oil while it runs. When the consistency is smooth and creamy have a quick taste and make sure its delicious, season accordingly to your tasty buds! Next tip it into a serving dish, drizzle with some olive oil and decorate with a few chickpeas, paprika and coriander.
