Festive baking, a crisp moorish cranberry and white chocolate treat, perfect to adorn your festive table or share as beautiful Christmas gifts for friends and family, wrapped in coloured cellophane, tied with a ribbon or raffia. Kids, with the holidays coming it's time to get baking....

1. Pre heat the to 180C/ gas mark 4. Line two baking trays with baking parchment.
2. In a bowl, rub together the flour and butter until it forms breadcrumbs. Stir in the icing sugar and the egg yolks, dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Bring the dough together and wrap in cling film. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough and use a star cutter to cut out the stars. Put them on the baking tray and put in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they have turned golden. Place on a wire rack to cool.
4. Sprinkle over icing sugar and edible glitter. Enjoy your Christmas baking
