A great treat for all the family to enjoy. Very simple to make with amazing tastes of rich chocolate, sour berries and crunchy pistachio nuts. Christmas fudge the perfect gift for this festive season. Grandpa will love them.

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 24

25 Grams Butter

400 Grams Good quality plain chocolate

397 Grams Sweetened condensed milk

100 Grams Icing sugar

50 Grams Pistachios, chopped

100 Grams Dried sour cherries

50 Grams White chocolate chips

Tasty little treats that are so simple to make and are beautiful gifts to give and share for the festive season.

In a medium saucepan add the butter, chocolate and condensed milk and heat gently.  Wait until the chocolate has melted then stir in the icing sugar, chopped pistachios and berries.  Wait until the chocolate mixture has cooled slightly and add half of the white chocolate chips.

Line a shallow tin with cling film and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips in the bottom of the tin.  Spoon the cooled chocolate mix into the tin, place in a fridge to set.  When the fudge has cooled turn out and cut into random shapes.  This makes an ideal gift, place in decorated boxes or clear wrapping cellophane and tie with a raffia bow..........Enjoy!
