We had the absolute pleasure of being cooked for and dined here at Heart Kitchen by Jeffrey Moran III, trainee chef from Earls Restaurant in Banff, high in the Canadian Rockies and our snow crazy daughter, Niamh. So to tantalise our tasty buds, they cooked up a fresh potato gnocchi, parmesan filled chicken meatballs in a rich tomato sauce served with lovely steamed & sauté broccoli.
Just for you Barrie.....This is epic. Play with this surprise dish that can be enjoyed anytime of day and cooked for every type of feast or for a naughty indulgent snack. It's meaty, loaded with spice, fun to make and even more fun to devoir. So Barrie we watched you in the heart kitchen, performing beautifully, experimenting with a ton of curiosity and having that love of play. Play away Barrie, play away!!!
